These terms cover Yap Signer, the Chrome extension, and the website at https://yap-pay.xyz. There is no iOS or Android app. A Florida limited liability company operates the product. The privacy policy describes what is stored and what leaves the device.
Who may use Yap
You may use Yap if you install the Chrome extension or use this website for yourself, and if the law where you live allows you to hold and send crypto. You are responsible for following that law. Use your own account, your own phrase, and your own slots. A member account is an email plus an 8-digit code. The code is stored only as a hash, it expires, and it is not returned in the HTTP response. The account password is stored only as a hash. It does not unlock the vault or approve a signature. A forgotten account password can be replaced after an emailed 8-digit code. That code does not reset the signer vault password. A linked wallet is a signature of a message that does not move funds.
The master wallet
The master wallet is self-custodial. The 24-word phrase and the wallet password stay on your device, inside an AES-256-GCM vault. Yap's servers do not receive a seed, a private key, or a wallet password. You are responsible for the phrase, the wallet password, and the device. If you lose the phrase, forget the password, or wipe the browser, Yap cannot restore the master wallet.
Five hot wallets
Five custodial hot wallets can hold customer crypto. Their keys are in KMS and are not derived from the signer phrase. Those wallets move funds only after you have turned silent mode on for the main wallet and that slot, an approved custodial KYC case exists, and that slot's access code is used. Yap does not move those funds with no customer instruction. You can freeze, revoke, or replace a slot from the main wallet.
Cards, KYC, and balances
People will buy SOL, ETH, or BTC in the wallet through MoonPay or Stripe. The coins land in the wallet. Yap's revenue on that buy is a share of what MoonPay or Stripe earn. It is not the card payment. MoonPay is under review. Stripe Crypto Onramp is an application in progress. The hosted checkout domain is crypto.link.com. A live card checkout is closed. Yap does not store a bank account, a card number, a CVV, a card expiration date, or a seed. KYC is opened only for an on-ramp purchase or a custodial agent slot. MoonPay, Stripe, Persona, or Sumsub keeps the name, date of birth, tax id, and images. Yap stores the provider subject id and a status. Yap does not credit a balance when a purchase is marked reported. A later sale turns crypto into Yap Cash. A partner ramp deposits that into the customer's bank. Yap records a cash-out bonus on that deposit.
A recorded purchase is a record. An influencer code is remembered on install and records nothing until a purchase or a Yap Cash deposit is reported. The influencer then gets a slice of Yap's share. Until a partner contract names the real cut, Yap's share is 1% of the order and the influencer's slice is 20% of that share. A $100 order records $1.00 for Yap and $0.20 for the code. paid stays false. Those figures are a worked example. They are not totals, not a leaderboard, and not proof that anyone has been paid. A yearly first-place referral prize is recorded as some SOL and is not sent. Neither record is a promise to send funds. One referral code belongs to each member. The desk referral link is a public @username link on yap-pay.xyz. A new install with that code adds 5 credits. Following another wallet does not grant signing. What the wallet can do
The current build receives and sends SOL, ETH, BTC, BNB, HYPE, and Circle USDC, including USDC on Solana, after you review the transfer. Solana swaps run through Jupiter. BNB, Base, Arbitrum, OP Mainnet, Robinhood Chain, and HyperEVM use the Ethereum address. Hyperliquid in the signer means HyperEVM. Yap does not offer perpetuals, securities, tokenized stocks, lending, or copy trading. MoonPay is under review, so a live card checkout is closed. The warmer records three marks, one top-20 coin on Solana, one on Ethereum, and one on Bitcoin. The master wallet signs those marks on the device. They are not broadcast. The launch factory and campaigns do not send a transaction by themselves.
Acceptable use
Use Yap for your own wallets and for transfers you are allowed to make. Do not use it to steal, to break the law, to trick another person into signing, or to take another person's account, phrase, or slot. Do not send a transaction you have not reviewed.
Crypto transactions are irreversible
A confirmed send or swap cannot be undone. A wrong address, a failed quote, or a congested network stays your risk. Review the transaction before you sign. Nothing on this website is financial, legal, or tax advice.
